At the Center for Offsite Construction, we believe that the way knowledge is produced and exchanged is as important as the knowledge itself. 

This section explores two pillars of our methodology: the tangible work products we strive to produce (software tools, structured datasets, and modular standards) and the gatherings we host to shape, test, and refine them. Rather than writing for journals or convening traditional conferences, we aim to build shared infrastructure: tools that are usable, versioned, and collaboratively authored. Our events are similarly reimagined, not passive panels but curated symposia, designed for rigorous, participatory discourse around real decisions and evolving standards. 

Together, these practices form the connective tissue of Modular 2.0. We aim to ensure that new ideas don’t just circulate, but gain traction, shape tools, and transform how we build.
